South Western Montana Photography Workshop

September 20st-22th 2012

Indian Summer, cool nights and western mining ghost towns are the perfect combination of photographic delights as we make our way from Bozeman and seek out South Western Montana.  Bozeman's historical grain elevators and surrounding natural landmark is just the beginning. We will visit the world's richest hill known as Butte, Montana and visit the mining ghost town of Virgina City. The vast mountain valleys that make up the "Big Sky" of Montana create the dramatic sunsets in the west. Drive along one of this highest continuous mountain spine roads in America while shooting Big Horn Sheep, deer and the ever elusive cattle and cowboys. We visit Livingston, Montana a town that seemed to be stuck in 20's and 30's of the 19th century and home to artists and actors. Bring your bathing suit for this is hotspring Country and 4 star restaurants.  This workshop is rated moderate!
