Shoot, Think and Work like a pro! Our classes start before sunrise on the first day and stop after sunset on the last day- just like a professional would shoot! Work one on one or in one of his small student groups with noted photographer and Certified Teacher, Salvatore Vasapolli from his base of Bozeman, Montana and Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey. Each workshop is designed to expand your compositional horizon in a photogenic location. Learn to shoot your subject for your intended media industry, such as, art, editorial or advertising. We instruct on how to market your images to photographic industry. Dependant on location, we will teach you how to color correct your raw images as a National Geographic photographer would. Learn print using the most up to date Color Management Workflows. Shoot and create panoramic Photomerge images. Learn why it is important to edit photo submissions correctly for each individual media outlet. We review your portfolio and then customize a teaching plan suited to improve your photographic skills according to your goals and the standard of the photographic industry all in a friendly intuitive fun filled environment! Lectures: Mr. Vasapolli lectures on a variety of photography subjects and travel locations and has presented them to Universities, Colleges, Photo Clubs and Community Groups. | Photo-Safari Lodging Lodge with us Photo-Safari style! Cut down your cost of a room! Stay in one of our large tents as we campout in or near our workshop locations for a rustic safari feel. You supply your sleeping bag and we supply a roof over your head. You still have the option of staying in a local motel if you want as long as we are staying near civilizatio! Tents are dormitory style or single/ double occupancy. We serve coffee, tea or hot cocoa but you are welcome to bring your own food- we recommend backpacking or canned meals if we are in backcountry locations or otherwise we will patronize local restaurants. Showers available if none are available at or near our campsite. Air mattresses available! Costs are specific for each workshop. Ask for details! |

A $200.00 deposit is
required to reserve your space workshops. 40% payment is required three months
in
advance and full payment is required two months in advance- Full payment required 6 months in advance
for
all locations outside of
USA. 50% of Private Workshops fees are required at time of
booking. Bookings six months in advance for all USA locations receive
an earlybird discount
of 10% when paid in full! *Cancellations within 2 months of scheduled workshop are Non-Refundable otherwise all deposits and payments are 100% refundable before then. At our discretion cancellation payments can be applied to another workshop if a replacement student is booked for the original workshop. We reserve the right to cancel workshops with full refund 30 days before tour date due to insufficient student sign up or other causes beyond our powers- before we cancel a workshop students can agree to hold workshop if they provide sufficient funds to cover the minimum enrollment costs or truncate the workshop with less days or other expenses! Weather is part of the course and we hold classes unless we experience a deluge the whole day without any photography. In that event, we will schedule a rain date toward the end of the event or apply the day as a discount to another workshop at our discretion. Upon full payment, each participant will receive a basic itinerary (itinerarys can be subject to change due to events outside our control) and preparation list of basic supplies to bring- from camera gear to clothing and hotel, car rentals companies found within the workshop location. Price may increase for new enrollees within 30 days of start of workshop due to increased costs and fees associated with accommodating late enrollments. |
Depending on the workshop, most rates do not include travel expenses, such as transportation, lodging, food, rentals and some fees or permits.
We expect everyone to know the basics of photography and how to use own their camera. If you purchase a new camera, make sure to bring along the manual. Though, we will try to help you, we can not be held responsible for knowing how to use everyone's camera. You must know how to use the controls, such as f-stop, shutter speeds and ISO, etc... We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen equipment and suggest purchasing equipment insurance before your trip. All participants are required to sign Release Forms. ¹ Private

included and are additional to the workshop fees. Other fees, dependent on the location, instructor's travel, lodging and
