Near Logan Pass, part of the Algal Reef, a formation known for it's abundant fossilized Cambrian seabed life forms, a rock strata reveals Stromatolite fossils. It is believed that it is these life forms that made most of the oxygen of earth's ancient past. This rock formation contains the largest assemblage of fossilized invertebrate animals and extends north into the Canadian Rockies. | ||
