Morristown NHP Revolutionary War Reenactment Workshop

April 20th-21st, 2022 (exact date to be anounouced)

On October 17th, 1779 until January 1780, several brigades of the Continental Army under the command of George Washington camp at Jockey Hollow near Morristown, NJ during the worst winter of the war. Here they fought deciding battles that led to the war's victory. Now in the warmer season of spring we will document its reenactment as the New Jersey Second Regiment camp over two days. We will capture those men and women dressed in era clothing as they drill over the fields at the historical Wick farmstead. Along with Jockey Hollow and if time allows, we will shoot Washington's headquarter at Ford Mansion in Morristown and make a quick visit to the non-existent Fort Nonsense as we fully cover the revolutionary history record of this important region.
